It’s not safe to do a play this year, so we are doing something a little different: a TALENT SHOW! Students will submit short videos, audio only, or images of their talents (song, dance, trick, poem, artwork, etc), which we will edit into a video assembly for everyone to enjoy.

Let us know you are interested in participating by filling out the interest form now. (Filling out the form will help us plan, but it is not a commitment or requirement.)

Guidelines

Videos/audio clips must be:

• Less than 60 seconds long

• Less than 500MB

• Uploaded to this form by 8:30p on May 9, 2021.

• Accompanied by a title/description, the name(s) of the participants, their grade(s), and their teacher(s).

• Appropriate! No weapons, no bullying or teasing, nothing that wouldn’t be allowed in a kindergarten classroom. Follow the Curie Code of Conduct. 

• Covid safe. Please model safe practices! Follow social distancing guidelines.

 

Notes:

• Still images will be accepted as well (visual art, build, etc) and interspersed throughout the video.

• You can submit audio only if you don't want to be on camera!

• Submitted videos may be edited or shortened for timing.

• Submitted content will be approved by the Talent Show committee.

• Overall video will be limited to 60 participants.

 

Instructions​

• Submit your video by 8:30p on May 9, 2021 by filling out the submission form.

• Videos should use the following (contact Cody if you need help):

  • At least 640x480 (SD) resolution but no more than 1920x1080 (HD) at 30 frames per second (No 4K video or 60FPS)

  • Encoded in H.264 or H.265 .mov or .mpg format
