Getting Started as a Volunteer

Want to volunteer, but don't know where to begin?

1. Ensure your task is essential.

2. Read over the Code of Conduct:

3. Have a TB Test done:

You can have this done at your doctor's office, Marquee Urgent Care on Governor, and many other places.

OR

Complete TB Risk Assessment Form:

You may be eligible to have your doctor, a RN, or the Curie School Nurse fill out the form instead of getting a TB Test.

4. Complete the Volunteer Application:

Download and complete the volunteer application form.

5. Turn in all forms and bring in proof of vaccination to the Curie Office.
