The students will attend a yoga assembly where they move through a series of yoga postures working on flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance. Participants also learn a variety of breathing, mindfulness, and stress reduction techniques. A guided relaxation concludes the assembly, allowing students to find peace and quiet within.
